How do I order?

You can order in stock items through the shopping links provided. If you desire a custom project, please use the

"Get In Touch" page to send in an order request to Creations by KK. I will contact you after receiving your request within 1-2 business days.

I ordered a PDF Download. How does it work?

Once you purchase a download, you will receive an email with your file. If you purchase a Santa Letter download your file will be instructions with the next steps.

What is a pre-order?

All pre-orders are orders that will be shipped by the estimated ship time noted in the listing.

What is your turnaround time for projects?

Once you place your order and it is paid, turnaround is about 3 weeks. 

​

What is considered a custom project?

Custom projects are anything made to order. 

​

What form of payment do you accept?

You may use a debit or credit card at checkout. If requesting an order, I will contact you about your project and send an invoice to the email provided via Square.

Do you charge sales tax?

All orders have a 6% sales tax charge added to the final cost of your project.

​

Do you start a project before payment is received?

No. Payment must be received in order to start any project. 

​

Are all sales final?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your product arrives damaged in shipment, please contact me for a replacement - picture must be submitted along with request.

Do you ship?

I ship domestically within the US. All paintings and prints are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. All BTS are shipped via USPS Ground. Tracking is provided.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please send me a photo within 7 days of delivery and a new product will be made for you at no charge. Shipping costs will be covered by Creations by KK.

 

Do you offer pickup?

YES! Local pickup is available to anyone in northern Virginia at no cost. I currently offer contactless porch pickup to ensure safety for all.

 

Do you offer front door delivery?

No. All signs must be shipped or picked up.

How do I clean my Back to School Chalkboard?

Water and soft rag - that's it! I recommend NOT using any chemicals on your board.

What kind of picture do you need for a home rendering or watercolor painting?

Pictures work best when taken during the day and  looking straight on, at your home, this will ensure the entire home and its detailed can be seen and replicated by hand as accurately as possible.

Do my watercolors come framed or matted?

No. The price of your watercolor includes painting only.

​

I'd like to order a wood sign, party rental or graphic. Do you provide these services anymore?

I am currently only taking watercolor projects at this time.

I have an item I'd like you to letter on. Can you do this?

I currently do not offer services like this.
