A sketch/layout will be sent to you before paint is put to paper. Approval is required before work begins.
Once design is approved, no edits can be made.
If item is damaged during shipment, please contact within 24 hours and send a photo of damaged product.
BTS Boards

All Boards are custom made, and therefore final sale.
If ordering a personalized board, the notes provided will be followed and after, no changes can be made.

Christmas Styling
​
Styling is charged based on an hourly rate. Time includes brainstorming, design, meetings, shopping, and time on site.
If items need to be purchased for styling or staging, the client will be presented a receipt and invoice to pay at time of purchase.

Graphic Art
​
All invoices must be paid in full. No projects will be completed prior to payment.
All sales are final.
Once art is complete, 1 edit can be made. Subsequently, edits range from $5 - $20 depending on scope of edit. Edits include change in size, tweaks to image, etc.
All graphic files are emailed to purchaser as either a .jpeg or .png and printed by purchaser.
